We have announced the 2009 winners of the Ottawa Business Plan Competition for high schools!

Information....

This is an opportunity for Ontario high school students to compete with their peers throughout the province for cash awards.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to all students enrolled full-time in an Ottawa region high school
The business plan must involve an idea that is wholly original (no duplicating/copying of an existing business or franchise)
The winner from each school will become a finalist in the local competition
The winner of the local competition will compete for placement in both the Regional and Provincial competitions

The pre-registration deadline is Friday, April 24th.

Business plans must be submitted to the Entrepreneurship Centre by Friday, May 29th.

Prizes

Overall winners will receive:

1st place $200
2nd place $100
3rd place $75
